Frequently asked questions
Currently, the only option for shipping (domestic and international) is untracked letter mail. As my business grows and as I introduce larger products, I will add an option for tracked shipping, but for the moment, untracked letter mail is the only option.
Untracked letter mail means that your order will be delivered in a 5x7 stamped envelope (like you would mail a letter to a friend). You will not be able to track your order to see exactly when it will be delivered.
The products are packaged in material that has water-repellent properties to minimize damage in the event of wet weather.
If you live within the United States, it should take your order 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped.
If you live outside the United States, it should take your order 6-10 business days to arrive once shipped.
I will do my best to get each order sent out in a timely manner. For most orders, this should be within 3 days. If I am unable to pack orders or experiencing a high volume, I will add a ribbon to the home page to let you know. Thank you for your patience!
